Alexia Pendleton AKA @thedancerteacher, is a kindergarten educator, award-winning choreographer, and a host of The Rules to Engagement. Honored as Teacher of the Year (2020–2021), she blends hip hop, joy, and social-emotional learning to reimagine early childhood education. A national speaker, Alexia has presented at Revolutionary ED, Elevate, and NJEA, inspiring educators to teach with movement, culture, and connection.
